Knowledge Is PowerThe Presidents Of The Church Series: Joseph SmithJoseph Smith said, “knowledge is the power of God unto salvation.” Salvation is impossible in ignorance, which is why it is spiritual death to reject the prophets. Jesus Christ is no stranger to His Apostles and Prophets. God has all power because He has all knowledge. Light and truth dispels darkness and doubt. Joseph Smith revealed in D&C 130: 18-19; “Whatever principle of intelligence we attain unto in this life, it will rise with us in the resurrection. And if a person gains more knowledge and intelligence in this life through his diligence and obedience than another, he will have so much the advantage in the world to come.”
