Hope is an unshakable trust that God will fulfill the promises He gave to you. Hope is to believe and expect that things will happen. Hope is not waiting around sitting on the couch waiting for God to make things happen. Hope is forging ahead and doing what you can to move the obstacles facing you. It is having confidence and assurance that as you are working on your dream, all the challenges and problems will work together for your good.

Optimism
Enthusiasm
Patient Perseverance

Hope is the cure for discouragement. No matter what your religion is or non-religion or value system; nobody can live without hope. A person in his darkest hour, who thinks that things have no chance of getting better, will slide down even further into total blackness.

Ultimately, hope in Jesus Christ is to have an assurance that you will receive the Celestial Kingdom.
